Tesla Service & Collision Repair Centre

BNE Electrical Solutions is currently undertaking an extensive electrical project for Tesla’s new Service & Collision Repair Centre in South Oakleigh, Melbourne. This high-profile project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art facility, complete with customer amenities, office space, workshop, supercharging stations, a parts storage area, showroom and a customer lounge.

Electrical Fit-Out: Comprehensive installations to support Tesla’s cutting-edge service technology and customer experience.

Supercharging Stations: Integration of advanced electrical systems to support multiple Tesla superchargers for fast and efficient vehicle charging.

Value Engineering: BNE is implementing strategic cost-management solutions, optimizing designs and sourcing high-quality materials to ensure the project stays within budget while upholding the highest industry standards.
The project commenced in November 2023 and is set for completion by December 2024. By the end of the project, Tesla will have a fully operational, energy-efficient service center tailored to its unique needs, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable automotive solutions.

Completed Projects
121 Exhibition Street

BNE Electrical Solutions recently completed a comprehensive electrical fit-out and lighting upgrade for the prestigious 121 Exhibition Street building in Melbourne's CBD. This project, valued at $3.72 million, was executed in collaboration with Capabuild, under the administration of JLL Australia, for the Victorian Government.

Project Scope

The project encompassed multiple phases, including significant fit-out work and lighting upgrades across the building’s 34 levels. BNE’s scope of work included:

Fit-Outs: Conducted extensive electrical fit-outs valued at $1.3 million. This included the installation of structured Cat6a communications cabling on select levels:

Half-Level Fit-Outs: Levels 5 and 18

Full-Level Fit-Outs: Levels 7, 15, and 27

Lighting Upgrade: A substantial portion of the project, valued at $2.4 million, was dedicated to upgrading the building’s lighting systems:

Lighting Control Systems: Installation of an advanced organic response system to optimize lighting efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Switchboard Modifications: Upgraded switchboards to integrate check metering capabilities, ensuring precise energy monitoring and compliance with VEET (Victorian Energy Efficiency Target) scheme requirements.

Base Build Light Fitting: Upgraded existing fixtures across all 34 levels, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. This included recycling old fittings to align with environmental best practices in compliance with VEET scheme requirements.

This project demonstrates BNE Electrical Solutions' expertise in delivering large-scale, high-complexity electrical installations within tight schedules. By leveraging advanced technology and sustainable practices, BNE was able to optimize energy usage and enhance the functionality of the 121 Exhibition Street building.
The project was completed on time and within budget, providing the Victorian Government with a state-of-the-art lighting and electrical system that not only meets current efficiency standards but also sets the foundation for future energy management initiatives.
Live Nation/Ticketmaster

BNE delivered a high-end fit-out for the Live Nation/Ticketmaster Head Office in Melbourne. This project involved the installation of a DMX lighting control system, Cat6a communications cabling, and energy-efficient lighting. Our solutions enhanced functionality and adaptability to meet modern office needs.
Melton Specialist School
